How We’re Protecting Our Customers From COVID-19

At Deschutes Roofing & Insulation we are taking every precaution to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers during the ongoing coronavirus situation. However, we are also committed to meeting the home improvement needs of our customers in a manner that is prudent and safe. Here are the steps we are taking.

Our Employees

● We will continue to meet our commitment to jobs that are already scheduled.

● All employees have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling any symptoms until cleared by their doctor.

● All employees have been trained and briefed as to on-site sanitary requirements as well as the CDC recommendations.

● All employees have been screened in reference to family and friends who have been traveling recently. If any employee is found to have been around anyone that has traveled out of the country, as a precaution, they will be placed on temporary leave.

● All of our workers will be checked at the beginning of each workday for signs of sickness, whether it is coronavirus or seasonal flu. Those showing any symptoms will be sent home to seek medical attention and to recuperate.

● Our in-home consultants and estimators will be checked for any symptoms before any home visits are made.

Our Clients

● For the safety of our employees, if you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with or exposed to anyone with coronavirus or seasonal flu, please contact us in advance so that we may limit our work to only outside roofing and repairs and communicate only by phone and email.

● If you would prefer to reschedule your project until a later date, we will work with you to accommodate your request.

When We Arrive at Your Home

● We have suspended all handshaking and will instead greet you with a smile!

● All cell phones, iPads, computer equipment and samples are sanitized before and after each in-home appointment.

● All consultants will have proper nitrile gloves and will put them on prior to entering your home.

● Though installations many times do not require face-to-face interaction, our installers are trained and instructed to follow the same protocol if they must meet with you in person.

We Are Here to Help

We understand that home-related emergencies often require immediate attention, and we are here to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions or comments, please call us today at 541-241-5720 or email us at info@deschutesroofing.com.
