Our highly skilled team combines years of experience with cutting-edge technology to provide the most dependable roofs in the industry.
We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for utilizing expertise to provide estimates to potential customers, ensuring the company meets annual sales goals and objectives. Knowledge of estimating software is strongly preferred. This position will report to our Eugene, OR location.

Job Functions
- Generates leads through building relationships with homeowners.
- Develops and submits thorough bids for all projects assigned.
- Provides administrative assistants with a complete Job Plan/Estimator Hand-off Packet to go into scheduling.
- Performs on-site job walks and roof inspections.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Qualifications
- At least one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Candidates should be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software and familiarity with CRM platforms.
Experience
- Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary
- $90,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
